This elegant serving tray/charcuterie board is made with African padauk (the red/orange), limba heartwood (the striped one) and hickory (the tannish one with the wave appearance. The handles are jatoba, a very hard and dense dark wood. Overall it makes a statement! The food safe finish is beeswax. Approximately 15" long. The pictures might be a little misleading; this is a rectangular tray with two handles on the ends (the long ends).
Please note that African padauk wood (the orange one) is somewhat likely to turn a bit darker/browner over time. There are a number of woods that do this, and padauk is one. If it is kept or stored out of the sunlight, direct sun especially, it will be helpful. Keeping oil or oil and wax on the surface of the cutting board should also help retain the vividness a little bit.
