The woods are limba (the edges and splines), and interior we have canary wood, Tennessee cedar, poplar, white oak, sugar maple, red oak, and sapele. Other woods are possible, with sapele being the most popular. The "bricks" vary but usually are comprised of about 8-10 different domestic and exotic woods. Simple oil finish (Walrus Oil brand cutting board oil)
The length is approximately 20". Comes with nice wood or metal handles (you can specify) and rubber feet.
Food safe.
I don't think you'll find another tray just like this anywhere.
Surcharge on shipping due to the difficulty in locating a suitable box and packaging such a large thing safely.
