Lazy Susan #12
Lazy Susan #12
This "Lazy Susan" starts with red or silver maple from North Carolina. I included four other types of wood: African padauk, limba, walnut, pine, and lyptus. The hardware is pretty heavy-duty (for normal cooking/serving-related items, that is!) and affixed with significant hardware. The surface is made both pretty and durable by 100% pure shellac and then polyurethane. Approximately 14" in diameter, you should have no problem putting all your spices, a casserole, or a bunch of tapas on this. Always use trivets when placing items hotter than 100 degrees on the surface. This is where form meets function!
This is an example of the Lazy Susan you will receive; this particular one has sold and I have yet to make a new one. All my items are a bit different, but I think "equivalent" and "certainly satisfactory," so don't worry. If you have any requests or suggestions, please be in touch. Essentially, it will have six different woods, with maple or oak being the main one.
