This is truly one-of-a-kind cherry wood and canary wood cutting board. The beautiful checkerboard pattern is bordered on one side by maple, and on the other by jatoba. Nearly 2" thick, this board weighs 12 lbs. Dimensions are 13"x15". It has rubber feet on the bottom.
Please note that canary wood is somewhat able to retain its vibrant colors over time, and somewhat likely to turn a bit darker/browner. Its unique pattern will always be apparent, but the vividness of the hues changes a bit as the years progress. There are a number of woods that do this, and canary wood is one. If it is stored out of sunlight, direct sun especially, it will be helpful. The cherry will darken a bit over time, becoming more brown and less pink.
