This is a big, bad board made mostly of sugar maple, but also features some exotic woods.
This one was sold recently, so yours will be similar/comparable but not exactly the same.
A "juice groove" is an aspect of a board that allows for the cutting of things such as roasts, prime rib, chicken, steak--in other words, thing that when cut emit a lot of juice. This way it doesn't get on your countertops.. The board pictured below does not have rubber feet so that it is reversible--and one side will not have a juice groove, one will.
Let me know quickly if you do want rubber feet.
I will be engraving deep "hand-hold indentations" in the next one unless you specify I should not do so (it makes it easier to pick up a board--especially one that has no rubber feet)
