This fairly simple design yielded a very pretty clock made from red oak and imported African mahogany. The clock insert accepts a battery and is removable. It measures approximately 4" wide. The height of the entire clock is approximately 10". Note it will take me about ten days from start to finish because I need to order the clock insert.
