In the case of a clock mechanism that is broken, he will replace it by mailing you a new one and you can simply swap it out.

The duration of this "warranty period" is variable, assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If minor periodic maintenance is required for an item, as is typically the case with cutting boards, Jason can walk you through the proper steps to refresh the item via email or telephone.

Jason crafts quality items for a fair price, and believes that "the customer is usually right." You and Jason can work out whatever issue you're having if you are fair and reasonable. The bottom line is, if you are not happy with a product (and it's not merely due to normal use, such as knife marks accumulating on a cutting board's surface), Jason will make the situation right for you! His reputation as a woodworker is very important to him.

Note: Simply be in touch with Jason about a product concern should one arise. In some cases, you will not need to ship a defective item back at all, just await your replacement's arrival in the mail! If shipping an item back is required, Jason will pay for shipping. In rare cases, you will be asked to render the item useless (details provided) and a refund will be issued to you.
